Thinking Business Digital Innovation

We kick off 2024 with a focus on how your business can improve its use of digital solutions to improve productivity, reduce costs and be more productive.

The digital landscape for any business is broad and is part of every day business processes. For example, it could involve how you manage your
accounts, conduct your marketing,  project manage, taking and processing e-transactions, provide training - even how you manage your owned digital assets such as the your company website and socials. Can it be done better, faster, more efficiently?

Digital Innovation can be a key business driver

Over the last five years, SMEs report taking many forms of innovation: developing new ways to get work done (47%), improving marketing and sales (46%), delivering customer service (45%), introducing new products and services (43%), and enhancing processes and operations (42%). 79% of SMEs agree that digital technologies are important or very important for driving innovation.*

Keynote Presentation

Our guest speaker will be Martin Rogers, CEO of Realise Business. Realise Business specialises in assisting businesses to grow and digitisation is a key opportunity.  That opportunity can help your business be more competitive and lead to even greater success.

The most recent bi-annual Cisco Digital Readiness Index reported in Nov. ’22,  indicated Australian businesses overall slid 4 places from 12th to 16th compared to other global economies. Why? Principally due to those businesses moving faster with digital innovation than our own Australian businesses.

Martin and his team of business advisors are responsible for delivering the Australian Government-sponsored Digital Solutions program. Attend this event to learn about and have the opportunity to apply for government-sponsored one-on-one advice, webinars and workshops to any small business on their key business digital needs around websites, online selling, social media and digital marketing as well as data protection through cyber security.
