The pressures of the modern professional woman are huge. Popular culture is constantly projecting images of the "Perfect Woman". Independent, strong, financially successful and beautiful. We are expected to be amazing mothers, sexy partners, great friends, incredible cooks, wonderful homemakers and the list continues!!! Often working more than full time hours whilst attempting to achieve these impossible standards. This results in so many women feeling burnt out, stressed and stretched.
Women are looking for more. More depth, more connection and a greater sense of balance and well-being. Many women are moving away from traditional fitness classes and seeking more holistic practices including dance, meditation and yoga. Not just "exercise" but mindful movement that nourishes their whole being, supporting them to successfully move through their busy lives.

A vibrant and experienced facilitator offering corporate well-being workshops and events as well as being a guest facilitator at award winning health retreats Gwinganna and Eden retreats in the Gold Coast. Her energy and passionate teaching style will ignite the desire in you to explore your own body's unique journey to greater health and wellness.
As a business owner, parent and professional woman, Rebecca shares her understanding of the journey to wellbeing from direct experience. Rebecca will take us on a transformational Nia journey.
Crafted with a powerful musical soundscape, the class is guaranteed to uplift, move and inspire you. We will move for approximately an hour completely at your own pace and fitness level. This is followed by a deeply restorative and extended cool down and guided relaxation to integrate your experience. Nia is low impact and practiced bare feet.
