We all want a positive and effective workplace. As we know, it's not easy. This is the truth: it's generally the people challenges and the way you respond to these that will make or break your organisation's reputation, productivity and workplace culture.
This workshop, presented in partnership with Holman Webb will give you tips, tools and knowledge to support a positive and strong workplace culture and help you to deal more effectively with the communication and conflict challenges and difficult behaviours in your workplace.
Failing to recognise and respond to conflict and challenging behaviour will cause or be causing your business real pain.
It may only be one person or it could be a larger number, but the impacts are devastating and far-reaching and most of the time people have no idea how to respond appropriately. The tools and challenges we will be looking at, apply to all businesses, large and small, no matter what industry or service sector.
This workshop, led by Tulsi van de Graaff, Partner at Brave People Solutions will start you on the road to more confidence, knowledge and skill. Enabling you to recognise and deal effectively with the challenging behaviours and conflict in your workplace, to support your leaders to make the difference and to begin the cultural change you need.
